Usually, when talking about commercial printing the first things that come to mind are things related to business, publicity, companies, and all those kinds of stuff. That's not actually surprising, but there are always ways to turn things as dull as some ink and paper into great ideas that are not related in any way to selling a company or making a profit. Let us go over some fun things which you could do with your extra cash, a little bit of creativity, and the nearest Ft Worth printers or DFW printers near you.
1. Holiday Print Favors. The first, and most obvious, thing you could do is to take advantage of commercial printing services for any special occasion or holiday. This means special printed valentines for the whole school or the whole office on February 14, Christmas greeting cards for all members of the family up to the 10th degree, or even prank letters for all of your enemies for this year's April Fool's Day and all the years after. Just choose your commercial printer, choose an appropriate design for the holiday, and choose your printed media (stationery, letterheads, flyers, etc.). Be thoughtful, playful, and teasing all at once.
2. Print Mosaic. Another fun thing you could do with your favourite commercial printer is to turn their printed products into a gigantic mosaic. You can collaborate with the printer and even the Guinness Book of World Records for funding, gather old letterheads, brochures, calendars, business cards, posters, etc. (no need to waste brand new products), and start off a project which you could do with your family, your friends, your school, your whole community, and of course the friendly printers near you. 3. Propose! You, your girlfriend, and a whole bunch of commercial printing products. Just put all of these together and come up with a unique and special way to get down on your knees and ask for your lover's hand in marriage. Given these limited resources, it may seem at first that proposing using printed stuff is boring, but really it all depends on the creativity and craftiness of the would-be groom. It's all in the execution. Some ideas are putting up “Will you marry me?” posters all over the town you live in, making it rain “I Love You” letters above your girlfriend, or take Fun Thing #2 and create a huge “Will you Marry Me” mosaic. Whatever you come up with, however, double check the idea with your friends so your proposal doesn't go down in flames.
Commercial printing doesn't really need to be so boring and formal, always pertaining to business letters, monogrammed notepads, and flashy business cards. With a little wit, you can create something memorable with your Ft Worth printers or DFW printers and share it with a lot of people. While printed materials are merely a bunch of paper, ink, and designs put together, it takes the mind of a genius to make something grand out of them.
